Hells yeah, I can relate.
Helluva point, working in retail sucks ass during the holidays. And yes, the biggest problem is the EXTREME shortness of this short. In fact, by skipping out on the actual in-store scenes, you miss the biggest part that makes our jobs suck: the customers. You did touch on that, but it would have been so much more effective to show it.
But, yeah, I understand you're time restraints and such. Well, anyhoo, great job, it was all very fluid, funny and nice to look at.
