I don't know how.... but somehow you've managed to get onto the frontpage by poorly animating someone else's material, the only thing you added to the sound part was that annoying lightning... Take a page from "The Touchtone genius" when you're going to animate someone else's material; at least he gave the idea to the guy who created the music, and it was nicely animated.

I have to slightly agree with the last reviewer, the lightning did get old after the first 30 seconds. No lightning flashes that many times withing seconds of each other. If I had made it and if I knew it would be that long I would have put the lightning at different times. However, it wasn't as loud as the other reviewer said, not to me anyway, because I could hear them perfectly. I think it was rather funny though, the contradicting part did get slightly boring by the 9th amendment, I beleive you could have thought of something slightly different, but it was all part of the element, which was really neat. Overall this was a really well done flash, with those few things needing fixed and I beleive you should create a second one, with the tablet writing guy coming back with the edited rules. Not bad though so keep up the good work.
