I applaud you and your parodies; I have seen ATHF and love it and if you are afraid of copying their "Dr. Weird" introduction, then you are being ridiculous because that is exactly what you are doing. However, parodies are much loved by everyone; there is no shame in doing what others have done. Congrats.
Just finish your work
It seem to be a lot of work to make this kind of animation. I don't like your story and your humor but the style is so nice. good work. ho yeah... don't forget to finish it!

I wouldn't mind seeing another one, it was pretty funny(though I did catch a joke straight from Futurama in there)
You're a talented guy, and I think if you came up with a more original concept you'd have a better finished product.
Pretty decent
I think it is a lot like Dr. Wierd from ATHF, but they no longer do that in their new episodes, so it's cool to have something similar. Plus the ATHF openings were pretty short and getting repetive. I would watch if you continued this toon.
Make a second half or make a "RAPTOR LINCHON2"
