I liked this submission. It even has some meaning behind it.
I liked your music selection, they ran well with the moods of hte flash. The graphics themselves were cute, yet I did notice a few things that could use work.
The sound effects were nice, except for when you used the same sound over and over again. ((Such as the 'Hmmph!' from the girl cat, and the little 'Awwwws' from Panda.))
I liked how there wasn't any violence, (Unless you count the dragon scene as violent) that also added to the mood of it. Having violence would have ruined it, I think. XD
I liked how the dragon ended up getting his hips stuck in the cave, so he couldn't chase after Panda. There are numerous other things, too, that I liked, but I wont name them off ;)

I liked it a lot. I'm a cat lover, even though I'm allergic to them. That animation job was GREAT!! Keep up the good work!
P.S: I like the fact that you included no violence.
