Awesome work... maybe it shows hope in a dire situation? Anyway, towards the back of the painting there's a bit of "emptiness" where you can see into the abyss. I'd try working on those areas as a way to push your work to the next level.
Very interesting and nice shadows, like the contrast made between light and night, especially where the sun shines through
Wow the town itself is pretty good some intense effects and lighting makes for some good city detail
