Drawing and good graphics are a key to animating. This tutorial was worth alot to me so i voted high.
Good but...
I have one of his books too and the images looked Exactly like his in his books. Almost liked they were traced. I knew right when i saw the body tut. IMO you should of put your own experience in it instead of spmeone elses. Otherwise good tut.

I didn't trace anything, I only copied two figures, the kicking body and the kneeling body, the rest were from memory. That's not plagourism (sp?) as much as it is help, as i can really only draw straight figures. I'm sorry if that's a problem.

When I saw the title, I thought you would be teaching manga-style anime. But you are not, just simple realistic-anime. Next tut you should make is a tut that covers the manga emotions, and how to draw them. That would be great ^^.
Disappointment
This was severely disappointing, I'm a huge fan of anime so when I saw the title I became excited... Now, it may just be me, but it wouldn't play, I saw the NG logo and the play button but the blank screen remained after I pressed play. Please fix this, unless it was so horrible it could make satan cry I'm sure you would've had my 5/5.
