Nicely Done
I liked this flash. It was straight to the point and also went well with the book.
I love how you included Sirius and Snape with their wands at one another's throats and I also like how you showed Lord Voldemort and Professor Dumbledore in their dueling stances.
The part with the 'I must not tell lies' scene was awesome. I know the movie showed him with the writing on the back of his hand and in the book it said it was on the back of his hand, but your way was cool too. Showing the message etched up all over his arms made it more intense and I thought that improvisation was done quite well. Plus the music went meshed along well with the flash.
However, I didn't like some of the flash. For example, when you showed Umbridge, only her mouth was shown and I know there's not a whole lot you can do with a drawing of a mouth, but it looked like it was rushed and it could've had more detail put into it. The same thing goes with the scene where Harry is in Dumbledore's office. Dumbledore looked like he was colored by a child. No offense. I think it would have been better if you did all the scene's characters like you did with the Sirius/Snape and Voldemort/Dumbledore scenes.
Other than that, it was great and I thought it showed true talent.
