Orbulon doesn't speak English! He just uses grunts and other odd sounds! I like Wario's voice but, it's suppose to be Italian. 9-Volt sounds like a 13 year old instead of a 9 year old kid. Just fix the character voices the next time you make your next

I feel that I wouldn't have much to do with Orbulon if he didn't speak. He also DOES speak in the games, just with a traditional "Greetings, Earthlings" dialect.
The guy who plays Wario has been using that voice for years and can't add an Italian accent without sounding messed up. I feel that it's too good to risk getting messed with.
The voice for 9-Volt had a younger sounding voice in the first episode, but he went through puberty by the time this episode was made. I'm practicing ways to speed up his voice, like in Episode 3.
