I must have watched 4 of the 'Skittles 'n' bitz' series, so I think it's about time I leave an opinion.
Every time I load the animation with fresh optimism: I love skits, and I'm not rabidly opposed to sprite movies. Every time, though, I find myself disappointed...
Here's an idea. If possible, pull off ALL the episodes to date, take out the sketches which are:
i) Unfunny. Those that get the most negative reviews, or that you yourself are not entirely happy with, but put in to flesh out the piece.
ii) Unoriginal. Chances are, with an audience as wide as newgrounds' if you copy an idea, SOMEone is going to know about it and complain. For instance, in this episode, the skit where (is it?) Goku shoots (is it?) Piccolo is lifted straight from Indiana Jones. There it was funny because it was fresh. Here... well, let's say you're not the first to re-use that joke...
If you're stuck for an idea, and you wanna use someone else's; pretend you're paying tribute to it, and give the original credit ;)
iii) Dull in concept. Y'know, the kind of sketch that takes a few seconds to think up, usually prompted by a 'what if...?'
I.E. 'What if Sonic the Hedgehog tripped up and broke his nose?' This kind of thing can be funny, but only if handled correctly... and I haven't seen the evidence in a single S&B episode so far that you have the Pizazz to carry something like that off...
Cut out things like this, and you will have left several skits which could be combined together to form a golden fast paced skit show, with one quality gag after another. As it stands, such jokes are scattered over 7 episodes of otherwise flabby and spacefilling...er... Pap. Sorry...
I think you have the potential to make something good, but only if you are prepared to look over what you have made, and make the decision to cut out the material which doesn't QUITE make the grade.

I think most of these scenes were dragged out, especially the first skit and the skit with DBZ. Most of these scenes have the same humorous quality as your old one's, and in my opinion, there still isn't much good humor. The only decent one I remember is the Final Fantasy skit, otherwise:
"Honestly, if you don't like SnB, STOP WATCHING IT."
Honestly, if you don't like bad reviews, don't bother posting them.
