umm, yeah...
Graphics: Good graphics and animates well. Pretty good detail.
Style: The concept of putting so many popular characters, props, and events into one Flash was pointless. The cleavage was especially pointless. This had so little structure if it was a twelve foot high house, it would collapse on itself.
Sound: Some of it was audible, while others weren't. The voices didn't match well with their characters (Peach too whiney, Cloud too musclehead, etc.) and the music, although a great selection, just didn't bring out the atmosphere.
Violence: It's violent, but extremely dull.
Humor: The thought of Snake in the Matrix seemed funny, but everything else was a snoozefest for me.
Overall: Despite the many good points, I just didn't consider it any good. If you like great graphics, you'll enjoy this. But if you want more structure, or just something that has great sound, you may not care for this.
