needs work...
..good,but still needs more.
Heres some thing that will make this better: quality sounds,backgrounds, music, more fighting less jumping around, blood, more special effects(the fire for example was a good one), and finally great powerful attacks such as Hadoken, Spirit Bomb, and Fire storm these are just attacks used inother games and shows that are awesome. Make it better!(do it harder makes us stronger:D lol)
At least its not total crap.
Obvously this is an early work. It had some merit, not much, but some. It could easily be improved by fixing the sound and giving the red guy a little bit better death.

Yeah, there's a couple problems here and there, and there's something about it, just not very entertaining. Sorry that's the way I fell about this flash. Yeah there's a few things missing.

i liked the animation but i noticed a "bug" could i say in the middle of the animation the life bars and where these were moved and it was annoying and it was kinda short well otherwise i did like you movie
