That one's actually an inside joke from my other flash Ken "Casanova" where Ken Masters stars in this Johnny Bravo inspired Street Fighter parody.
Every time he tries to hit on some hot chick, it always backfires on him with extremely painful results.
Akuma appears in this parody because he's a bad ass fighter!! There's no other explination for it.
It's always funny to see someone get his ass kicked constantly.
