Nice timing for Halloween =].
My only suggestion for you is the sound consistency. Voice acting was at very low volume, while other sound effects were too loud -- scared the daylights outta me at some points. But then again, you could be going for that effect, eh? ;) Yes, do work on keeping sounds within a consistent range of volume.

WOW I havent seen a good SP flash in a very long time. but wy are the sounds so quiet?
I was having trouble with the sound throughout the entire production. I will be sure to improve it for the next movie.

You need to fix the sound. The voices are too low and most of the sound effects and some of the screams were too loud. Also, the random violence scenes were really just pointless. They were unneeded and took away from the main plot.
The animation wasn't that bad though. It went smoothly enough, and who cares if you used south park style?

It was ok...I agree that you need to fix the sound due to the lack of voice projection. It wasn't really all that great but it was decent.
