I personally don't find newgrounds a place to put tutorials on. If you want to be a creator of flash tutorials, there are other sites who are more specialized in this.
Newgrounds is for good series, games, ... but not for tuts
that's my humble opinion

No offence but dont even look at tutorials on this site if thats your opinion its why alot of them say stuf like DONT BOTHER WATCHING IF YOUR NOT HERE TO LEARN and stuff like that
