good idea, just needs tuning up
you have a good idea, but you need to develop it a little more. you should try to give a little more effort into the animation although you are doing pretty good
Reviews for "Mario's Future part 2"
Not bad, I suppose.
You're animation wasn't too bad. The sound was a little lackluster, but alright, I guess. The problem is that this just wasn't very funny. It just didn't strike me as being very original or exciting. It's not bad, but you need to try a little bit harder.
Still got some of the first one's bad points.
I can see that you've improved from the first to this one but you still got lots of bad things in this one.
~GRAPHICS & ANIMATIONS~
I can see you've improved from the last movie. I liked the fight scene at the end. The background in the first scene rocked! But then it looks like you stopped making efforts on the backgrounds... it's a shame.
~STYLE~
There's still this text in the air thingie... And it still lacks a next button.
~INTERACTIVITY~
Not much to say... There was a play button. That's all.
~SOUND~
Mario's voices were pretty clear. The music still changes too often.
~STORY~
Ugh. Still a random story... even worse. First: Why did mario kill the Dark Link? (i'm assuming it was Dark Link) Why the hell did he help Link without even knowing wich was the real one?... Okay, this was pretty much acceptable.
But then, Link says he's got the ability to teleport Mario...uh... when did he learn to do that? Anyways, then we learn he needs the Triforce... Okay, makes a little more sense.
Next, They go to the Forsaken Fortress... Ok, seems Link knew the Triforce was there... The Fortress seems to be constitued of... Pipes?
Aren't they in Hyrule?? This is messed up. Then... they meet some frickin random guy... WHAT the heck was that all about?? Or should i say WHO the heck was that?
Then... Link says they'll land on a train... How does he know that? Why is a train under the ground, holding the Triforce?
The fight scene was pretty cool but we didn't see link at all during it.
~OVERALL~
You've improved but it still looks like you wanted to make a big, cool plot but ended up in failure. Remember that we're on Newgrounds: it's not the efforts that count but the end result. Sorry, but that's the way it is.
Better than part 1!
Wow, this movie is really good. It missing one thing though, a title screen. Thus explains the low interactivity score. Other than that it was awesome. Looking forward to part 3!
Pretty Good
It is a good flash, but put effort on it and it will be great, practice, try it, and probably joining this flashes in one, it can be a success. All because it is kinda short. Anyhow, keep up the good work dude.
