Not bad but....
You really need to research some police procedure for clearing a building.They wouldnt be walking in there alone for one thing.They MIGHT have had riot gear on but I can let that slide.When the officer came to the chief and said he found something they never went over there.
My biggest beef is that they were clearing rooms alone.If I were you I'd watch some CSI or other police dramas.They might be a little exaggerated but they would give you a good idea of what police do when they go into a hostile area.
Besides that it's creepy and pretty cool.Keep it up and refine it some you'll do great.
