Nice one.
I used to be a major fan of pokemon, until everyone and their best friends learned about it. You however, did an excellent job setting up the plot with the chronic "I want to be a Pokemon Master!", and then introducing the ironic twist at the end.
As far as sprites go, the Graphics were fine. Nothing over the top, although I appreciated that there wasn't an excess amount of blood. That tends to take away from the realism.

Quite funny flash animation. I have not more to say than add a few more sprites later on, try not to oversize (pixelated figures look horrible that way) and try to to make blood look pixelated (I seem that's never the case in any flash).
Anyway, as ex-pokemon fan and pokemon nowitall (I still do know a lot about it because of that period) I can say 'twas funny.

I'm myself a Pokéfan, and I must say, this Flash crack me up! Here's my complete thought about it.
The Main character just... is wierd. The rest seem alright, but with it's flashing and un-matching color, the "hero" just make it all go down. Also, there's way too many (!)
Making it like a normal Pokémon game was pretty cool. Also, it's one of the rare Flash movie that's not about hentai pokémon and other stuff.
Sound... The music for the real flash wasn,t chosen well, or so I think. Using real music, like a world theme, a battle theme, etc, would have been better then what you used. Also, according to me, the voice wouldn't have been necessary, but it's still a nice touch.
Violence is not overdone, just funny.
Humor will depend on the persons, but a thought it was very funny!
Overall, a good flash, biggest flaw being the graphic and sound.
