Uhh. The song was unimpressive, good colors but the graphics themselves were.. Eh, not great. I stopped watching after I realized that the song itself was entirely uninteresting and stopped watching when the guy bouncing the ball with his genitalia came up. By the by, if this was already blammed once, why is it back? o_o I thought that was against the rules or something.

but the fact that you submitted this yesterday, got blammed and submitted today and got it passed does not please me...yes, it should have passed the first time, but you are violating the portal rules...i don't like when people keep resubmitting crap, not saying yours was, but you made no changes to make it better.
you have to start thinkinig before you do something. if it didn't pass the first time, then improve it to make it better...stop resubmitting stuff after people have said they didn't like it. someone has to enforce this, and it should start with everyone.
i would have given you a good score for effort, but the fact that you made no improvements before resubmitting doesn't make me happy...

I did improve the cartoon though. I made it run better and fixed a few problems.
