Reviews for "Speedy Orc!"

Huh.

Its a good game seeing its from gog. But how teh frick do yous get pass the first leave the q-tips not working well fixit ok lol.

I didn't really like it.

It's pretty annoying how you have to sit through the intro & the warning page each time you screw up. Also, perhaps have different music for each minigame?

Too much like Wario Ware

Yes, as at least one person as said it is a bit annoying to have to go back to the begining screen every time you fail world one.
Another thing is that even when you lose the challenge you can continue the challange with the screen black untill you beat it.

There is a bug with the sound though, it wson't stop at all unless you reach the screen about siezers (spelt it wrong.. I know..).

One more thing is that you should use different minigames for each world, not just the same ones with less time or more things to hit.

Kind of buggy

There was some old game, I think for the Gameboy, that had a similar concept to this. I can't quite remember the name of it, but it was essentially a LOT of tiny little minigames you played one after another.

I had the same problem with the "clean the ear" thing as another reviewer, though eventually I figured out what was wrong... I still think it's SORT of a bug, but really, the problem is that the game is just a lot easier than most people expect it to be, so it winds up being a lot HARDER than it should be.

On world two, even after time runs out it seems you have a short grace period. Several times I managed to complete it just as the "you lose" screen was fading in, and I advanced to the next game.

I -hated- having to go back through the GoG screen after failing on world one. Please change that (if you're allowed to, I don't know what their requirements are) so that you at most get dumped back to the menu screen.

Interesting idea, but needs some work...

Like another review said, you don't really tell us how to play the game, so I tried to click and hold on the Q-TIP, rubbed the orcs ear repeatedly, but the war didn't go away. Well, wait, let me take that back, ONE piece of wax went away the last I tried it, but I couldn't figure out how I managed to do that. The timer goes down WAAAAY too fast.

Another big point, do I REALLY need to see the GoG logo AND the warning about seizures EVERY time I hit "try again"? Shouldn't try again mean, "start again from the same puzzle"? Have to go through the intro stuff again is a bit annoying.

Anyway, I'd have to play the other levels to give a full opinion, but so far, it needs a bit of work.
