Creepy
This game was fun ill give you that, but it sorta was creepy and gave me a few scares, but anyways the artwork on the characters was great good detail and nice shading, they could have had better animating though, and as for the game fun swirving from side to side to get away from the beds, but it would get harder but still fun and still creepy hehe

After having trouble understanding your intro I read your authors comments and it made a bit more sense. Maybe you could put your play on a webpage and have a link from your comments or the movie itself.
Graphics: Interesting well made graphics you have there. Pseudo anime but with a western touch.
Gameplay: It was a little hard without much reward. Although simple
Audio: The voices in the intro were quite good. For the actual game music maybe you could make or commision a song implicating the hospital sounds you used.
