Actually, I'm not fully racist...just to blacks that act like Kayne West, and expect what everyone has been referring to as "Handouts". If the population of New Orleans were 80% were white...they'ed be dead too! Bush isn't racist, it's just that New Orleans is overrun with lazy black that feed off of welfare that working ppl pay for.
But this isn't about what happened during Katrina, it's about the flash animation. I say give it a 10...it deserves to be on the front page! The humor is clear, and it definately got great animation.

to Enigmatic801 - oooooo ahhhh oooohh wow quoting a low budget quick replacement for Dave Chappelle does not make you smart. So you saw a statement on comedy central and your using that as your arguement? You could have at least used the daily show or something that takes more than half a brain and a pound of dope to think of. There are many other factors to assume in the fact of automatically assuming its racist. It could have been totally different Newspaper/Reports, what if one of the people that wrote it was black? Oh and THERE ARE WHITE PEOPLE IN NEW ORLEANS TOO DIPSHITS, but people like Kanye West have to used this as an approtunity to bring the Race Card back where it should have never been in the first place.
