I agree with 1Warlord1 on this one. It's wasn't really that funny, and the sound sort of sucked. But I can tell you put some time into it, so I'm not going to give you a 0.
But like it's been said, it didn't have a madness feel to it, which you have to have if you're want to have a really good parody. No where near enough violence, and the graphics were average (though seeing as how it's very accurate to the original Madness graphics, I'll cut you a break). Anyway, nice try.
