Awesome!
This was a great sequel to the first Last Cataclysm. I liked Harpuia's explanation of their motives and the way they split the enemies between them. The voice acting was at its greatest when Zero shouted "Fefnir!" That really sounded genuine, in my opinion. X's stuttering was also a nice touch, but Omega and Weil's voices were a little forced.
The battles, awesome. Sometimes it's a little cheesy when you see three or four of them killing enemies in the same shot (Zero and Fefnir shooting back to back and then jumping down, letting Harpuia finish the air enemies, for example) Harpuia's fight with the beast reploid (I don't know his name) was well thought-out, and Foxtar actually being disabled by electricity was a nice touch as well, and evened the odds nicely.
I'm really anxious to see the final fight. It has "awesome" painted all over it, but please keep the exposition to two scenes or less, especially at the end. I want my mouth hanging by its hinges while the credits roll :P
