this is just from the south park movie
not bad.
Compared to all the other South Park things on New Grounds, this one wasn't that bad. The animation was good, but the timing with the voices and the way their mouths were moving was alittle off.

Why do so many people think this is good.
All you've done for this is take the audio track for the Southpark movie and replace the animation with lazily drawn and poorly synced duplicates. Terrible. Try actually writing a script.
