pretty good
I thought the flash was pretty good, however there are some of us who really suffer from problems like that. Mostly not that exaggerating, but some really are like that. I personally suffer from socialphobia and general social akwardness (not to that degree of course), and so I think maybe this flash was a bit insensitive. However, I thought the flash itself was solid, you did good work.
Wonderful
The design for Iriving alone makes me laugh, his voice, though... God, that just kills me. I especially like that he's SO MUCH LOUDER than the other bees, so you're forced to turn up the sound so that you can hear the 'cool bees' and then, in turn, are forced to listen to Irving at an absurdly high volume. The animation was very nice and the music very fitting, lovely job.
Weird
Cool character. Must've taken a while to finalize your thoughts on the character design of Irving. It definately shows. In all seriousness, nice art, presentation, music and jokes. I loved it. I want to see Irving again soon.
