Point?
Interesting what the previous poster said - what 'point' does a cartoon have to have, generically speaking? The point of a cartoon is to be entertaining for a few minutes I think, and Irving sure suceeds in doing that so I don't think the charge stands. This is a great cartoon, really nicely done and very funny, even if you didn't know the in-joke part of the bee being your chum's doodle. Great toon!
A Retarded Bee? WTF?
I get the whole concept that he's retarded and stuff but this toon is so pointless. No idea why this deserves to be on frontpage. Don't get me wrong the animation was good and the voice acting was pretty good as well but it's way too pointless. If it had a plot then you'd get away with it but I ain't buying.
this was just ok.
i thought it had a TON of potential. A TON. once irving actually started talking though i felt like the ball was dropped. the writting just wasn't very funny. it was sorta funny, but not hilarious by any means. great character design though. i think you should make more, but put more time into the writting because you have a really cool character.
