um, well not bad for beginer animation. but if you want to entertain, you have to put some kind of tension in there. the entire concept was:
two time stu is great, and megaman is weaker. all i saw was megaman get his ass whooped and run away, only to fall from the sky. you need conflict and resolution of atlest some intesity. if you decide to make another one, please take a little bit more effort into entertainment.
