Should be fixed now. I tested this game hundreds of times and didn't find this bug. But I'm pretty sure I know what the problem might be.

There is no way the reload button broke. You were probably either out of clips, or you are talking about the Glock - which has infinite ammo.

there's no way to get through the fucking back lot without dying from that fucking toxic waste, and the jump sucks. Fix that.
