I always like this kind of story. Stupid stuff that changes the world with known personnalities. But it lack originality. Anyway, you have talent in scenario. Keep working this way.
For the graphics and the animation, this was poor. Try to draw more frames instead of making just motion tweening. And practice your drawing. Your proportions are not well respected from scene to scene and from caracter to caracter. You tend to put the arms of your caracter too short. And when you make caracter walks, usualy, all the body moves, you know, the head goes up and down...
Finaly, for the sound, just put some fade. Like fade in and fade out. If you dont usualy it sounds bad. Not all the time, but especially for the fade out, its really important to put.
