I think the graphics are the only thing it has going for it.

Great graphics, loved to look at all the bosses, and mega man gloating was hilarious, but i think you should of made the voices english, you would probably have a higher score, other than that great job.
The movie was great but,
try to lower the file size some because I've tried to watch it 3 times and around the part megaman starts his speech it freezes up like crazy.
