Good, except...
This is well animated and the sound is OK. Certainly quite disturbing, but a good watch nonetheless.
However, it attempts to deal with issuses such as war, famine, violence and the whole "evil behind suburbia", but it merely SHOWS them an nothing else. It doesn't say anything about the darker spects of humanity other than "they exist".
This cartoon could benfit from some real meaning, rather than just puting random, disturbing images that we've SEEN BEFORE on screen for two minutes and insisting that it's deep.

That was really cool, the graphics were quite good and the concept, whatever it was, was real good too. It was really, really, fucked up.
needs a plot
I like a little discernable storyline in movies. This is, basically, some guy watches a bunch of creepy and/or surreal stuff happen. I'm sure it's all very deep and mysterious and symbolic, but for me, if it doesn't work as story it doesn't work as symbolism either.
