This is probably a bit better than your first submission but I fear that it's not enough to stay on the portal.... I think you should look at some tuts on flashkit. Just go to goole and type in flashkit... there are enough tuts on how to do good flash :D

Dragon ball clone, you can keep it. but if you make your charecters martial artists do some research you don't block with your forearms like that you block attacks with the side of your arm pushing them away from you.

It was like Dragon Ball Z but way worse, also the music was annoying.
