Decent
I agreed W/ the free blood-cell infection thing until it i found the biohazard bubble, it made me think that you concidered it at one point and decided against it, and I agree, that would be too easy.
Something else
The game didn't even work, it suddenly decided to give me 'GAME OVER' screen before i even got to the main menu, and wouldn't let me get off it. Tried refreshing, it worked for the menu but as soon as i strated playing it told me 'GAME OVER' once again. Does look good though, if only it would work.
Meh..too much effort
I don't think you should have to keep on dragging and dropping your virus. Too much wrist strain. I prefer Pandemic or similar games where the virus does the work for you.

maybe add a free play mode and let your viruses infect when they hit a reb blood cell
