It's a new direction. For some reason this reminds me of Margaret Cho's old comedy act
I must admit that I've never really like Hello Kitty... until now! XD
The art style slightly differs from your norm somehow, but it's still amazing.
Perhaps it's because there's less shading involved in this piece, who knows.
I really like how the scribbled pink marker look breaks the laws of convention by going outside of the lines.
