All in all, nice work. I sort of saw the end coming, well... more or less. But not right away. And you hid it well behind the rest of the story. My only complaints are that it would be better if you used proper grammer and such, and if you accentuated Melvin's response more. A lot more. But still, his expression was great, and stuff... yeah.
