Not very impressive.
Graphics need a lot of work for a start. I also don't believe the game actually works, I kept pressing space and it didn't shoot once. There are already better penalty shootout games on Newgrounds so if you want yours to be recognised it has to be a hell lot better than that. You probably put effort into it so I will give you that, but next time put more effort and time into it.
