Reviews for "Operation FLASHBACK (fin)"

realy helpfull

i dont care what the other retards say on this i find it kinda helpfull especialy with some of the action script cause im in the process of learning flash and these people probably dont know how helpfull this is so thanks dude

corrosiondestruction responds:

I was going to endevour into the actionscript side of things more, but i had way more than enough to get high 90 in marks.

wow, what a refresher!

Wow. I needed a refresher. It's very decent yet not quite superb. I thought you meant sound "in general" not that it wasn't tutorialized. I personally get a bit confused by multiple references to unnamed generic objects. I felt a little bit of that confusion during your tutorial, but not on the whole. Most of your visual examples are good, yet some people, like myself, may benefit from additional example snapshots of the final timelines and stages. Great interactivity! Keep it comin'.

corrosiondestruction responds:

Cheers buddy, i'll take it into consideration.

Not a bad tutorial

Its not a bad tutorial, I would suggest looking at it if you want a refresher or need to learn.

corrosiondestruction responds:

Thanks for the review

nice tutorial, but....

just in gods name give it a different name, it doesnt sound like a tutorial at all.
i clicked on this thinking i would get a shooting game based on operation flashpoint.

give it a name that sounds like what it is, not what sounds cool.

other then that, nice introduction to the basics, i could of done with this when i started on flash.

corrosiondestruction responds:

Sorry bout the name =P I had to give it a project title and considering that the audience it's indended for is other class members who need a bit of a shove in flash, and remember (have flashbacks of :P) what the classes went over.

solid.

the other guy is kinda right. we may have a lot of tutorials here on NG, but 90% of them suck ass. This one makes sense, is easy to understand/read. I think a lot of n00bs could get some good stuff out of this. One of the best I've seen. And not too flashy and all that shit. It can be a good thing sometimes. Small load times are good. :)
