There's nothing really immediately wrong with it.
I suggest adding a background and some music. Other than that it's fine really.

dont know what u could use for the music but u should make the player have less lives, not have the first virus thingy folo u so fast and make the cells contiunalsy grow with the pickup of food

Cool, I am glad you took all of our suggestions into mind! IT was fun before, but the selection of how to play, the info on which is which, and how much food you need to get, are all awesome.
For music, umm... I'd suggest maybe a techno sort of thing. :)

That was an extremely addictive game.
Add something by The Ramones, like The Blitzkrieg Bup or Chainsaw.
(Also, make some sort of goal for the game.)
