It wasn't realy realistic but I am a freerunner, so i liked it ;)
Just to remind you that parkour doesn't involve flips... which you really highlighted on... there wasn't much of a flow... for a starting point find a PK video and make a stickman animation of it...

i do parkour and i though that was awsome but the only thing is parkour has no flips in it only street tricking does but who cares that was a awsome movie.
