A refreshing new style;
Try adding some upbeat music, not too loud, but something like a suttle undertonetune. It will make you bop your head more and go"yeah scream baby!"
Sort the controls out a bit more. e.g. i use the arrow keys and with that I automatically thought that jump was space bar (all NG games ave this format) so i kept screaming when i wanted to jump. A minor technicality but something for you to think about.

Not bad...not bad at all....
Suprisingly addicting. The control system seems a bit..sticky, though; and it would be nice if there were some music, since that scream gets on your nerves after the first five minutes.

You wrote this back in 96'? wow. The gameplay is a little simple, I wish eat and scream were two seperate button's. Overall a good platformer.
