Gir was the best things to come out of that show some of the rest of the characters was just distrubingly bad...
Not exactly amasing in terms of looks but a great selection of sounds which is all that matters

i love GIR, but the file size was a bit big for my screen, so the first thing i'd like to see improved on would be the file size
Bad quality
Some of the sounds weren't of very quality. The layout wasn't very good either. You had a plethora of sounds, which was nice, but better quality is a necessity. This could be useful for pranking, but it's just that quality.
