Its good. Graphics are good for the area of graphics you were going for, though you should still make a true color version to silence the foolish critics (yea right, critics XD). I personaly like it the way it is. Good job!!

So much good has already been said about your game, and I concur with most of it! However, if I would have to pick 1 thing which I would have to see changed in a possible sequel, it would have to be the music. It is quite monotone and it never really got me excited in a way that music can (or should?) do in a big battle.
Don't let this little point of criticism get you down though, excellent gameplay, look and feel make up more than ample for the music.

If this was released on the NES (With more levels and stuff), Im sure it would be up there right now with the likes of Galaga :D.
I think if you made certain aspects in colour (tho not the whole game), it would add more style. like certain bullets or explosions, etc. Anyway, keep up the great work!

lol, took me a hell lot of time to finish it, very nic and addicting game, thoese swarms of a fighters were quite funny too, all thoese fighters without result..lol
