Not bad
Ripping of something as widley known as the GTA Series is something to be laughed at. This game is a good remake that may remind you of the early birdseye view the original GTA's had back in the day. With tweaking this could turn out to be a great parody.
New additions that would help make this a success would be collision detection, improved AI, and possibly the game having the ability to shift between day and night.
