That was the most man-i-wanna-blam-that-crap ever!
It would first, be nice with a little more detail, i mean, that doesn't even look like Bart! I drew him yesterday, and he looks better, i mean, my bart has a body! No sound, no text direction, and overall something GOOD flash artists would cry over after seeing that.
If you're gonna put stuff on newgrounds, then you better practice. A LOT!

Well this is not as good as the how to draw 3D or birds.
For the simple fact. no sound at all, it really doesn't need it but the option to have it would be nice.
Ok here is my big problem wit this flash.
While I can watch what you do.
You do not give any instruction or info on what you are doing at each step. We are left wondering, or guessing what you did.
Plus the way you do it was not the best way to follow either.

This one wasn't good
Sorry, but I found this flash very bad. The quality of the pictures were bad, especially the screenshot of Paint. :| The drawing of Bart Simpson wasn't good either. I didn't find turning the background black, colouring the outline blue, turning the background white, changing Bart's skin colour to yellow and outline to black. I don't like that. Sorry. :( But I can see this was probably your first flash.

I'm sorry, but that's NOT how you draw him!
First of all: if you're gonna teach people to draw him, draw him correctly! Compare your picture to any professional drawing and it's wrong!
Secondly: When people make How To Draw's, they give pointers or talk while they draw it to help.. This is just a "watch me draw a crappy Bart Simpson."
I agree, i made it when i was bored, in like the time the movie took, and any way look at my how to draw the simpsons tutorial, that how i draw not like how u just saw
