Cool Hook lol

Ayyy sounds hot! You both wrote great lyrics i gotta say.

Keep up the good work!
And Burly we have to rock the paths track to ng when we will be ready! lol

HeLLsGaUrDiAn responds:

We write great lyrics when there is a great beat :D So thanks for making a beat like this because it gives us the inspiration to write lyrics like these. Well Burly is pretty busy at the moment so he'll probably get back to you when he gets the chance. Just remember that we still have tracks that need to be made. Thanks for the review man, keep making hits for us and we'll keep doing the same, stay up.

Sounds like..

It was a heavy burden to make lol
I love this song dude.
The hook almost brought tears to my eyes :)
This needs sum serious radio play right here.

THIS IS REAL HIP HOP!

HeLLsGaUrDiAn responds:

Thanks for the review. Man, I'm glad that we got the emotions across man. Like I said in the Authors Comments, a lot of people will be able to relate to this track. Keep dropping your own tracks too, you have plenty talent so don't waste it. Stay up.

Has a great beat.

Think you could make an instrumental version of this?

HeLLsGaUrDiAn responds:

There is an instrumental version already here:

Thanks for the review, stay up.

emotionally charged

extremely relatable. y'all, as always, killed it.

sincere seemed to be off beat in a couple places, and I think, with more practice, could've done better, but y'all never cease to amaze me.

stay up.

5'd 10'd fav'd

HeLLsGaUrDiAn responds:

That's how we like our hip-hop man, emotionally charged :) Your Vocal Gunslinger track is crazy good man, loved it, even if I don't get around to reviewing some tracks, I'm well aware of all the talented artists on this site and you're certainly one of them. Either way, thanks for the critique and review. Stay up.

It touches where it hurts

I gotta say, I don't like most of the Hip-Hop (Modern) on Newgrounds, but this song hits me hard. The singers put a lot of emotion into the words, the piano blends well as well as the other instruments that come in and fade out.
Last week I lost a close friend (hear about the Kahler incident in Columbia? They used to live in Weatherford Texas. I knew Emily since 6th grade and graduated with her), and this song that you guys have put together helps the soul heal. The listener feels more than just what you guys are putting into it, and sees more than you show.

All I can say is that Burly's opening lines seemed a bit off. I wouldn't exactly know how to fix it, or even if you should for that matter; this song is amazing as it is.
