Reviews for "Strategy Guide Ep. 4"

Not bad

But by god, I REMEMBER THAT GAME. I've been trying to remember what it was called for a long time now but couldn't... so... umm... I guess "thanks" for that :P. I remember it being a good game even if the story did suck. Then again... that was a LOONG time ago.
Oh yeah and... what was up with the background noise every time consuelo talked? Very annoying. Other than that it was a nice flash, though not spectacular.

Needle responds:

Unfortunately my knowledge in audio is dwarfed by my knowledge of Flash, and I don't have professional equipment. So sometimes, the audio quality suffers. Not much I can do about it unfortunately, although the audio quality in this episode is probably the best it's ever been!

In any event, go play Blaster Master! That game rocks somethin' fierce.

Nice

I loved blaster master. Well at least when a I finally figured out how to beat level one...that must have taken years. Upgraded laser against the snot guy DUH!

Needle responds:

hehe. Don't worry, Blaster Master is a tough game, there's no denying it. I can't even tell you how many years I was stuck trying to beat stage 3!

nice...

love the series...for some reason.....nice job with this keep making more I remember all these old games hehe very nice good job!

O.O

I remember this!
Over a year ago i stumbled onto this series and love it!
I e-mailed asking what song was playing in the beginning of the next few episodes.
You got me addicted to Rage! I bought their 20th anniversary CD, “From the Cradle to the Stage"
Great job, keep it up!

Needle responds:

Honestly, I think Rage has made more money off of the Strategy Guide series than I have ;)

Glad you're a fan, of both the series and the music! Hope you'll stick around with us for the next and the next and the next!

Sweet Nostalgia

Ah, yes. Blaster Master. You gotta wonder why it was ever popular, but I suppose it was one of the best things out at the time. This game brings back memories of being four. Nice job!

Needle responds:

Blaster Master is probably one of the most solid video games ever made. For a game that came out in 1988, it's got beautiful graphics, a kickass soundtrack, very tight control, and a non-linear path that was years before its time! A true forgotten classic.
