Pretty damn good for one hour. I have no idea what a rice pirate is though.
You did a very good job. I feel that the clothing and the hat are the best parts of this work, and the depiction of RicePirate's face is rather cool, very natural in its questioning pose in this presumably night scene. Keep it up.
