aerial battle music, you fight a bluntsmoker.
if this was used for a boss battle, it would be a bluntsmoker who keeps getting higher and higher, and you jump on his clouds of smoke to try to catch up and knock him out of the air, and when you fall and get a game over, you land in rehab. either that or it could be used for chasing a dragon, you take a hit off your opium pipe and a dragon appears and it moves in random directions you follow it as it flies, and if you start to fall you blow a smoke ring to the dragon's tail and you start to go faster.
