Not too bad.

If it would've been longer, I'd have given it a higher score than a 2. Keep trying, I think you have talent and potential. Pretty good for a first attempt at coordinating mouth movements. I realize it's kinda tricky in Flash, but you seem to have it down most of the way.

The character was well done but you have to make it longer than 10 seconds though.
