All you did was trace the characters and duplicate the shots and dialogue. I assume you traced because the effects were not good.
There really is little animation here and NO originality. Don't steal others ideas and copy their work (especially ina much worse form).

How did krillin know it was brolly? how did vegeta get bloody? trace much? it looks like every frame you have came from some dbz ep i've watched... weird. Don't you agree? Overall 3 because i know some work had to be put into it... very little though.

First the art is bad and the sound quality low. When you're not making boring drawn out shots at irony(over what is so obvious that a toddler would get, and in essence isn't funny), you're getting the character's personalities wrong.
This is way too drawn out and not funny or exciting, besides that Brolly is one of the more dull DBZ characters.

first thing goku does not go ssj3 to defeat broly he is ssj1.second thing brolys name is spelt with one l.third broly closes his hand when i does that green thing

its a shame you wont get sued. originality? all youve done is copied something and put some half arsed ideas in. all the dbz episodes ive ever seen goes sorta like "haha i have ultimate power, see my super form aaaaaaaaaaaaaaahh powerup" "HAHA THAT HURT but you have yet to see MY ultimate form AAAAAAAAAAAAAAH"
